Dear passengers,

According to Law 4830/2021 (article 18) – (APPLICATION: From 19/9/2022) concerning the registration of companion animals and following the relevant circular of the Ministry of Shipping (2432.6-8/61907/2022) it is required to register the companion animals during their movement with coastal shipping vessels.

For the implementation of the law from 19/9 and temporarily until the implementation of the registration through the booking and ticketing systems, in order to avoid problems of serving passengers with pets and to achieve the purposes of the law, the alternative option is given the passenger with companion animal to complete a relevant pre-defined declaration which can be found below.

This declaration will be handed over to the ticket control staff on the ships.

It will also be available to those passengers who have not already completed it by the ship’s staff so that it can be completed before boarding.
